Louise Glover was born on February 8, 1983, in St Helens, Merseyside, England. She experienced a troubled childhood as both her parents were sent to prison on drug charges when she was growing up. She was raised in part by various members of her mother's and father's family, as well as in foster homes. Out on her own at the age of 15, she got her first apartment after being released from foster care.

Louise Glover was discovered by a photographer while out shopping with her mother when she was just 9 years old. He soon began taking photos of her, and by the age of 12, she was determined to make a career as a model. Within a couple of years she was entering beauty pageants and modeling competitions. Following high school, she entered St Helens College to study holistic therapy in case her dream of modeling didn't work out.

In 2000, Louise Glover was selected as a regional finalist for the Miss Great Britain title. As a 17-year-old student living on her own in government housing, she needed to drum up financial support from others to raise funds for the entry fee and travel expenses to London in order to appear as a national finalist in the pageant. Her campaign proved successful, and she represented her region in 2001. The following year, she journeyed to the Philippines as Great Britain's finalist in the Miss Earth contest.

Following her appearance in the Miss Earth pageant, Louise Glover launched her professional modeling career in 2002. A breast enlargement procedure in 2003 helped her become a favorite model for British men's magazines and tabloids, as she appeared in sexy spreads in publications like

While receiving financial compensation for magazine and newspaper photo shoots between 2002 and 2004, Louise Glover was also claiming unemployment benefits. In August 2005, St Helens' magistrates sentenced her to  240 hours of community service after she admitted to collecting welfare benefits she wasn't entitled to. She was twice attacked by a group of young girls in 2006 while performing her community service. Her nose was broken during one of those assaults, which put her modeling on hold for a few weeks and prompted her to take up kickboxing.

While on a photo shoot in Los Angeles in 2004, Louise Glover met Hugh Hefner. The

magazine founder invited her to a test shoot at the Playboy Mansion, and she eventually wound up on the cover of the January 2006 issue of

magazine. She was also named

Special Editions' Model of the Year for 2006. She's since been a cover girl for

France, and in September 2007, Louise Glover appeared in the magazine's U.S. edition.

2007 proved to be a busy year for Louise Glover on a number of fronts beyond the men's magazines. She won the title of Miss Hawaiian Tropic UK after three previous unsuccessful attempts, and went on to compete in the international finals held in Las Vegas. Her music video debut came via the Scouting for Girls' clip for their single "She's So Lovely," which Louise uses as the background tune for her MySpace site. She was also involved in discussions with the WWE about joining them as a professional wrestler. On the personal front, Louise Glover and boyfriend Ben tied the knot in Arizona's Grand Canyon.
