The latest celebrity to face the sex tape scenario is Kendra Wilkinson, who is desperately trying to prevent the release of an intimate video of herself.
The married mother-of-one has enlisted Yael E. Holtkamp to go after Vivid Entertainment and keep the movie out of the public eye.
A letter from the firm reads, “The video is private and highly confidential taken for private use and not for public disclosure. Any exploitation of the video would be a gross violation of Miss Wilkinson’s constitutional and common law rights of privacy.”
The tape was made with one of Kendra’s past boyfriends, whom Ms. Wilkinson felt she could trust. But now she’s afraid the release of the tape could compromise everything she’s worked for including her marriage.
