The former “Girls Next Door” babe looked super sexy in her confectionary getup as she posed for a photo call at the Sugar Factory inside the Paris Las Vegas Hotel.
Holly also headed over to the Miracle Mile Ships inside Planet Hollywood Hotel Casino to drum up more interest in her designer lollipops.
In related news, Miss Madison recently told press she always knew she’d be a little top-heavy, even if it meant a little help from a plastic surgeon.
