While she can easily pay off the amount at odds, Eva Longoria is trying to keep her reputation intact after being sued for $10,000 by the former managers of her Beso Las Vegas restaurant.
According to breaking reports, the "Desperate Housewives" actress is being accused of using "scare tactics" to nudge out Ronan and Mali Nachum from their joint business venture.
The Nachum's tell that Eva and other part-owners including Jonas Lowrance sent out a document claiming that they stole money, assaulted a server and punched a female patron.
Ronan and Mali also allege that "an email was sent out with racial undertones, suggesting acts such as P. Diddy and Kelis playing at the venue and other ghetto events would scare off the high-end customers in the night club."
In the end, the Nachum's are suing Eva and Jonas for $10,000 for breach of contract and abuse of process and civil conspiracy, while also trying to regain employment.
Of the situation, fellow Beso partner J.T. Torregiani said, “Anyone can sue anyone for anything at anytime. We did nothing wrong."
Torregiani added, “I’ve worked with Eva for years. She is one of the hardest working, smartest, most honorable and decent people I’ve ever met in all my years in the restaurant business.”
