Born in the mid-1980s in the near-sweltering springtime of Savannah, Georgia, Dianna Agron began performing, in a sense, when she was just 3 years old. That's when she started to study dancing, and as she grew up she would delve into a range of styles, from ballet to jazz to hip-hop.

She landed her first role on the forgettable made-for-TV movie
After Midnight: Life Behind Barsin 2006, but fortunately for the lovely Agron, things would start looking up from here. One-offs on
CSI: NY,
Drake & Joshand
Shark, would give her the experience and exposure needed to land three episodes on the hit
Veronica Mars, although it wasn't a recurring role.
Agron then starred as Harper in a series of webisodes for American Eagle Outfitters directed by actor Milo Ventimiglia (Peter Petrelli from Heroes) called
It's a Mall World. She next landed a spot in the outrageous 2007 comedy
Skid Marksbefore scoring her most important role to date, a recurring role on the hit show
Heroesas the cheerleading bully Debbie Marshall.
dianna agron on glee
The FOX network wisely tied to the pilot episode of
Gleeto the finale of
American Idolin May of 2009, giving viewers a fantastic taste of what would become one of the most hyped and anticipated fall 2009 TV shows. While we don't get much indication of Agron's character Quinn Fabray in the premiere, we do learn she's the head of the "Cheerios," the school's cheerleading team and a leading member of the chastity club, which explains why she puts the brakes on a make-out session with her boyfriend in order to pray.
Since Fabray dates the school's football hero who is tricked into joining the glee club, where he's hit upon by an ambitious singer played by Lea Michele, we expect
Gleeto offer up plenty of delicious cat-fights for the fall TV season. Hey, your girlfriend's going to make you watch it. At least you'll have some moments to look forward to.
