Born in the bustling metropolis of Gorky, Russia, Anne V began her professional career at the age of 15 when she won an MTV modeling competition. Anne V was awarded a contract with IMG, the same agency that has represented Tyra Banks, Gisele Bundchen and Heidi Klum. "I've wanted to be a model ever since I was little, playing with my Barbie doll," she admits. "It helped [for the runway] that I can dance, but everything is self-taught."

Since her discovery, Anne V's grace has been put to good use on Europe’s most glamorous runways, where she has modeled clothing for a veritable who’s who of designers, including Alexander McQueen, Calvin Klein, Christian Lacroix, Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, and Marc Jacobs. Anne V’s famous visage has also been splashed across the covers of Vogue, ELLE, Glamour, and Gloss. However, most men probably know her best for her mouthwatering appearances in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
Anne V made her debut in the legendary magazine in 2005 and has been a mainstay ever since. Her February 2008 spread was particularly steamy, and we loved Anne V in the 2009 SI Swimsuit Issue.
